Dr. Deepak Saklani is a certified Ayurvedic doctor, dietician, yoga teacher, and astrologer from Uttarakhand, India. Trained in Ayurvedic yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation, he further specialised in Kerala’s traditional Ayurvedic therapies, including Panchakarma and detox programmes.

In addition to providing relaxation therapies and herbal-based treatments, he guides clients in weight management and nutrition through personalised diet plans. He is also experienced in teaching astrology and interpreting personal horoscopes.

Designed as a sanctuary for self-exploration, our Self-Immersion Workshop on 21 June 2025 offered a day of stillness, movement, and mindful connection.

Watch the highlights to see how participants experienced stillness, self-discovery, and collective energy in a serene, supportive space. Whether you're curious or considering joining the next one, this sneak peek offers a taste of the journey within.

I really like the whole program. It was a good time for me to pause from my busy, material life and reflect on myself. The approach was very simple and practical—suitable for beginners like me. I appreciate the effort to prepare vegetarian food with love. It made me feel cared for.

The breathwork and stress relief exercises helped me feel calm and more connected to my body. The mindfulness session taught me how to stay present without overthinking. I also liked the nervous system check-in—it made me more aware of how I feel inside.

The guide, Norazah Al Yahya, was very gentle and wise. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Her energy was peaceful and supportive throughout the day.

I also enjoyed the group photo session and the friendly atmosphere. The place was quiet and relaxing, and the team made sure everything ran smoothly—from registration to meals.
